Hotel Eden - Sibiu

The hotel was a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. I loved that the rooms had a big balcony, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

The Puzzle Suite was like a treasure hunt, with its elegantly hidden balcony offering a secret oasis in the heart of the hotel. It felt like stumbling upon a concealed garden in a concrete jungle.

The view from the balcony was nice and the parking lot was convenient. the location was decent and close to some attractions.

The breakfast was very disappointing with a lack of variety and fresh vegetables. the room did not have any air conditioning or even a fan which made it hard to sleep during the hot and humid summer nights.

The hotel offers a cozy one-bedroom apartment with clean white bed sheets and towels. the staff is friendly and accommodating, especially towards families with young children. the location is quiet and convenient, with car parking available at the hotel entrance. Good coffee in the morning adds to the pleasant stay.

I always choose this hotel. It feels like home. The staff is helpful and friendly. They even helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, welcome drink, coffee shop. No pets allowed. Air-conditioning. Non-smoking rooms. Perfect for my business trips.
